Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Corvus Intel ("the App"), a real-time intelligence aggregation platform. By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Description of Service

Corvus Intel aggregates publicly available RSS and Atom feeds, provides AI-powered analysis (via third-party APIs you configure), and offers tools for intelligence monitoring, watchlists, alerts, and report generation. The App processes data locally on your device.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes. You will not:

• Use the App to violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Attempt to access non-public data sources through the App.
• Use the App to harass, stalk, or harm any individual.
• Redistribute content in violation of the original source's terms.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code (except as permitted by law).
• Use the App for automated mass data collection or scraping beyond normal personal use.

3. Content & Data Sources

• The App aggregates content from third-party RSS feeds. We do not own, endorse, or guarantee the accuracy of third-party content.
• Feed content is subject to the respective publishers' terms and copyright.
• AI-generated summaries and analysis are provided for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as professional advice.
• Prediction market odds and parametric trigger probabilities are estimates and should not be used as the sole basis for financial, insurance, or investment decisions.

4. AI Features

• AI-powered features require you to provide your own API key for the selected provider (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, Groq, Perplexity, or self-hosted Ollama).
• Your use of AI features is subject to the respective provider's terms of service and usage policies.
• AI-generated content may contain errors, biases, or inaccuracies. You are responsible for verifying any AI-generated analysis before acting on it.
• We are not responsible for charges incurred on your AI provider accounts.

5. Subscriptions & Pricing

• The App offers Free, Pro ($9.99/month), and Enterprise ($49.99/month) tiers.
• Subscriptions are billed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
• You may cancel at any time through your device's subscription management.
• Refunds are subject to Apple's or Google's refund policies.
• Prices may change with 30 days' notice.

6. Intellectual Property

The App, its design, features, and code are the intellectual property of Corvus Intel. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal or internal business use.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not guarantee that feeds will be available, accurate, or timely. Source availability depends on third-party publishers.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DECISIONS MADE BASED ON AI ANALYSIS, PREDICTION MARKET DATA, OR THREAT ASSESSMENTS.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Corvus Intel from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. Your locally stored data remains on your device.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the state in which the developer resides.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated through the App.
